Pekiti Tirsia Kali Instructor-Program The Instructor-Program of the Pekiti Tirsia Europe Organization has been designed to support all those Kali-practitioners, who want to establish their own Pekiti Tirsia Kali training group. Program Outline

Pekiti Tirsia Europe considers the education of Instructors and Instructor Candidates as an investment in the future of Kali. The Instructor-Program (IP) is designed to provide a quick, cost-efficient and thorough training in Pekiti Tirsia Kali for especially talented and dedicated Kali-Students. The outline of the IP pays special attention to the situation of students living far away from their teacher.

The Instructor-Program equips the Instructor Candidate with knowledge on how to teach Kali in a way that it stays pure and keeps it's Filipino flavour and effectiveness.

Members of the IP receive special support in terms of private lessons and free or reduced prices at seminars. Participation in the IP needs special dedication, talent and discipline. This program is not open to everybody. IP membership can only be attained by qualifying with hard and consistent training.

Special training for IP participants is organized in a combination of Group Lessons (Seminars) and Individual Lessons, especially arranged for the needs of the participant. The IP training is directly conducted by Tuhon Uli Weidle. There are also special Instructor Candidate Intensive Seminars personally conducted by Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje.

To guarantee the high quality of Instructor Candidate Training, only a small number of participants is accepted.

Quality Control by Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje

Pekiti Tirsia Europe and Pekiti Tirsia Germany, the Organizations founded by Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje, the Heir and Supreme Grand Master of Pekiti Tirsia Kali, are the official representations of the Kali Grand Master. Pekiti Tirsia Europe and the training method Pekiti-Hirada-Tirsia are personally quality controlled by Grand Tuhon Gaje himself. For this reason Grand Tuhon Gaje comes to Germany regularly. He also visits together with Uli Weidle other countries in Europe.

Levels of Kali-Education and Kali Trainer Certificates

The systematic training and education of an Instructor Candidate is conducted in the Levels Basic, Intermediate and Advanced as outlined in the Kali Training Guideline. The Instructor-Program teaches the Instructor Candidates the necessary knowledge and skills for the graduations and the Instructor-Program provides the Instructor Candidate with the additional knowledge needed for the Trainers Certificate of the respective levels. The Trainers Certificate is a requirement for teaching.
